One of my favorite movies, this story predates The Twin peaks series as the who done it mystery is revealed. This is by far one of the most influencial films I have ever seen, one of my favorites for sure, I love the story of a teen dream obliterated by perversion, lies in scandal, an apeal story to all, the real truth behind the perfect lives in a small town in middle america, where being the prom queen is a big deal.
one of my favorite scenes in this movie is when Laura Palmer speaks to her shrink about the emtiness and darkness with in how fire has walked beside her, and consumed her.. I like that she frightens her shrink.
