"twin peaks - fire walk with me" is some of david lynch's most convoluted, random, and idiotic work. I might be able to get behind lynch's films and their weirdness if they weren't so poorly directed, had better performances, and weren't so obnoxiously slow paced.
the following is a thirty second scene from "fire walk with me": "it's 3:30 AM. we should find some place to sleep." "No, we're not sleeping. we're gonna get food.
" hey lynch, let's maybe leave pointless bullshit like that on the cutting room floor, shall we?
