Dark, moody and surrealistic, even by Lynchian standards. I have not seen the television series, but I really have been meaning to. Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me covers everything from drugs, murder, and schizophrenia to rape, incest and sexual abuse, so obviously it's not going to be everybody's bag, but I, being such a huge David Lynch fan, have a special place for it.
This probably isn't the best place to start for people trying to get into Lynch, but it's definitely a worthy chapter and has a terrific, brooding soundtrack. Also contains the scariest scene I have seen.
