Review of Twelve Monkeys (1995) by Antony W — 27 Jun 2011
While the plot and even its poster resembles James Cameron's The terminator, whats work here this blend of sci-fi psychological thriller is constant mind games it plays. Though it does skip some major logical details, it engaging for most part due to it chilling narrative.
Bruce Willis gives a stunning performance with an expression of constant confusion while Brad Pitt yet being a merely small role sparkles. Not familiar Terry Gilliam till now, but surely now here's some more movies of him to check out as I'm damn impressed by this one.
