Review of Twelve Monkeys (1995) by Ken S — 26 Mar 2015
This visually impressive film from Terry Gilliam shows a man being forced to go back in time to stop a plague that affected the whole world. The movie was based in its simplest premise on "Le Jetee", a french experimental film told only in photographs, but with a similar plot.
This film is great, uses its premise well and has plenty of great imagery and characters (played by a good cast) to keep you interested throughout. Willis and Pitt are both great, and the movie is pretty fun all around.
