Review of Tusk (2014) by Daniel V — 21 Jan 2015
This movie is hilarious, creepy and contains one hell of a performance from Justin Long and the now legendary Michael Parks. It's also fun to have Haley Joel Osmet back. Of course the majority of the critics are going to hate it, Kevin Smith has never been shy about saying F U to most of them.
Contemporary will never like him but his fans will. And this movie will be having sold out midnite showings 20 years from now. It will be hailed as a cult classic and the 20 years from now RT will have something called a Revised Tomatometer and it will read fresh.
All of that would put a big smile on 'ol Kev Smith's face. Brother, keep doing you. The ones you make it for, thank you.
