Review of Tusk (2014) by Coedy — 25 Jan 2015
The movie is ridiculous in all aspects but it's not meant to be taken seriously. The actors all put on good performances and even in the most sinister and sickly situations, they still manage to bring humor out of it. The movie manages to pull jokes throughout but they're far between, and most of it is in the first half. All-around, just a silly movie that brings some laughs and evokes some gags.
If you're a fan of Kevin Smith, or silly horrors, I guess I would suggest this film for a rent. Otherwise, I think its worth passing up.
