Is this movie bad? Is it good? No, it's just weird, and I love it. I think many don't understand it because they are expecting a horror movie or a comedy. It's both, but not in the conventional sense. The extremely dark humor isn't meant to be laughed at, but serves to make the horror aspect more disturbing.
I could point out some its flaws, but instead I'm giving four stars to Kevin Smith just out of respect for doing a movie about a guy turned into a walrus. Oh, and with Johnny Depp.
