Review of Tusk (2014) by David E — 20 Nov 2014
Kevin Smith crafts possibly the most messed up and disturbing horror dark comedy of all time. First there was the Human Centipede films with more shock than anyone could imagine with some comedic dialog as well, But what Kevin Smith does here is beyond that to a whole new level and with actual great dialog as usual in his films.
Also, he does get some David Croneberg inspiration here as well, first noted by my friend Jack Gattanella. I couldn't recommend this to anyone really unless you are a die hard Kevin Smith fan like myself or a seeker of shock value (like myself as well) One of the years best but not for the faint of heart.
