This is a work of art, showing us the brutality and the disasters of war in a very unique way, mixing a poetry of its own, close to surrealism, but also the harshness and horror of the situation. Kids who could not behave like kids, trying to survive in a raw and devastated environment.
There are no concessions, despite the humour in some scenes, but this is a movie no one should miss.
