Good looking (seriously do are ugly people nt allowed to travel?) tourists backpacking in brazil get attack by locals who want there organs for the black market. That is as advanced as this plot gets. Plays out like a Poor mans hostel (and that wsnt that special) set in brazil.
Sure the women spend all there time in there bikinis which is nice but this really could have been done alot better.
