Most of the "plot" of this film is explained to you by the film's protagonist, an insane surgeon (I'll let you connect the dots as to what this film is about) and even with that explanation, the plot is pretty weak.
All of the characters are pretty much uncompelling in the sense that you don't really care whether or not they live or die... Overall there is a bunch of surgical gore, but no real semblance of a plot and the characters for the most part suck.
Definitely rent this one.
