Another dose of your everyday horror movie. Same plot applies here. Dumb teenagers/young adults who venture off to Brazil for some sex, fun and alcohol, end up being cut up one by one by some crazed surgeon.
Severe unrealism, continuity problems and plot holes.
Example: how does one survive cracking his head open, be helped to the nearest house that's pretty damn far away, obviously lost a lot of blood, but still manage to be miraculously fine AS SOON AS he gets his head wound closed up with a stapler?!
