For a movie named "Turbo" it sure features a languid pace - thanks, in large part, to "establishing shots" that do anything but, and comedy that is more torturous than comedic. Martial Arts and monster fun in spots but overall empty - feels like its padding for time while it attempts to tread water to the conclusion.
