Great use of what we were to see in the upcoming season of Power Rangers Turbo, sever over actng played in part of Jason David Frank. Lack of what happened to the Zeo Powers and over all lack of rich details lowers the movie's rating.
Like the first good but with several flaws that made the movie less appealing.
