Turbo does just what an animated film should do, at least for the first half; it provides a ridiculous premise that breaks science in the most hilarious and unique ways, and offers some excellent voice-overs (listen to Samuel L.
Jackson and Snoop Dogg) and cutesy themes. The second half gets pretty tedious in predictable race scenes, but overall it's a respectable family film. Better than Epic, at least.
