Worth seeing for the sets and cinematography alone! This film is ravishingly beautiful, with many scenes as carefully composed as a seventeenth century Dutch painting. And Tulip Fever has spectacular performances from Christoph Waltz, Holliday Grainger and Judi Dench.
The plot does not hold together, so movie goers need to be ready to suspend disbelief, but other than that Tulip Fever is a very enjoyable experience.
