Review of Tucker: The Man and His Dream (1988) by Albert A — 13 Feb 2009
I just had to right something about this after seeing Flash Of Genius. Another movie about an inventor trying to make a lasting contribution to society only to have his dreams squashed by corporate america.
What is big industry afraid of when it comes to people of vision? Its all about greed.
In a small way I'm glad the Big Three are having tough times right now. Maybe if they let Tucker build his car and gave Robert Kerns recognition for his Blinking Eye wiper they'd be building better cars than the rest of the world instead of spending all their time on killing real ideas and filling their own pockets.
