This movie is only a facade of horror, because after the first 15 minutes or so it becomes clear that there is nothing scary happening...ever. However, the idea of such deadly miscommunication between different classes of people - Redneck yokels vs preppy college students - which leads to bloody carnage is very amusing.

This is perhaps the most original "horror" movie I have seen in at least five years. And while the acting is generally "meh" and some of the effects are mid-grade at best - the originality drives you to the satisfying ending.
