Review of Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010) by Dan B — 08 Feb 2013
Very crazy and clever horror/comedy, I wasn't expecting what this turned out to be. Just from the title you think it would include zombies or something scary but no. This packed in it's own clever story of a group of college kids that think these two rednecks are killing people when these people are just dying randomly.
The jokes were very funny, how they think everyone was dying is hilarious. Even when you see the deaths, they are very gory but boy are they funny and very random. The beginning basically started like any horror movie and the way the cabin looked and the color of film gave a cool feel like it was taking parts of Evil Dead, even some of the shots were like things out of Evil Dead.
It really keeps your interest the whole time and keeps laughs rolling in the whole way through. I loved how gory it was and even though it's not really scary which you kinda hope it is, you still like everything it offers.
