Review of Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010) by Jeff A — 20 Aug 2015
Hillbillys and college kids are caught up in a comedy of errors and hilarity and mahem ensue. Lowbrow is inadequate to describe this movie. My son who is ten was disappointed in the lack of real zombies and pitched battles, and the conflict resolution touchy-feely spoof scene was lost on him.
Be prepared for actual mayhem, but not to the level of Saw. Dale does so good a hillbilly that I though he was comedian Zach Galifianakis at first. Good production values but I am a layman on such matters.
