Review of Tuck Everlasting (2002) by Melissa T — 10 May 2010

Alexis did so great in this movie! Acting as naive as the children of the time were taught to be. The romance between her and Jonathan was smoking! Of course it helps that they are both beautiful (handsome, whatever!) There is something appealing to the thought of a forbidden love and an older man that will never look as old as we know he is =) I don't think I could have made the decision she had.

I would have drank the water to be with him. Maybe that is weak though. The story line is awesome and the movie is better then the book. Sissy's costumes where absolutely beautiful! At first it took me a while to think of her beyond Carrie but her acting was so great, as a mother who needed a female figure and friend that it was easy to forget her scary characters and fall in love with this one.

And absolutely great movie!
