Laughably bad-- Truth or Dare does a good job of pulling all the cliche plot points of the teen horror movie genre that it's ironically bad. Scenes that were meant to be tense or scary come off funny and silly.
Assume it was meant to a comedy-horror movie and you'll be entertained.
