Review of Truth or Dare (2018) by D B — 16 Apr 2018

Blumhouse's Truth or Dare is a big middle finger to my face and managed to get me to pay and see it at the movies. The script was laughably bad, the character were honestly terrible, and the situation was so funny. The only reason why I am giving it one star is because it had the potential to do great things, and that is why I went opening night to see it; it actually looked decent by the trailer! But it had to let me down so bad. At least The Bye Bye Man was honest in showing me what a piece of shit the movie was actually going to be.

Some of the actors here actually have talent and can act, but they should have skipped this opportunity so that it didn't ruin their reputation. Overall, bad execution of a good idea.
