Cate Blanchett is absolutely spellbinding in this story--based on Mary Mapes' book, Truth and Duty: The Press, the President, and the Privilege of Power. It won't be a surprise to see her nominated again for Best Actress come Academy Awards time.
The movie was intense, well directed, and a reminder of just how much this country has lost as reporting the news has fallen in the pursuit of profit and power.
