Review of Truth (2015) by Marco P — 27 Feb 2016
This isn't always a skillful film (there's a plasticine quality it never fully shakes), but it is a uniformly affecting one. It gains steam as it rolls along and offers several gut-punches worthy of its title.
Grace and Redford each lend fine support to yet another fierce, fearless performance by Blanchett. Mapes may have done some wrong, but Blanchett cannot.
