With yet another Bush running for president, this movie is relevant and a must see for everybody. At the very end, the true life person Mary Mapes, a Producer for 60 Minutes, drives home a very important point to a room full of Lawyers hired/working for The Bush Family: what it would take and how impossible it would be to fake the documents used.

The Ring of Truth in all things in life is just that: you know the truth when you hear/see it. Dan Rather, who now appears on Axis TV on cable/satellite (love his Interviews), resigned over the ensuing political "storm".

And Mapes was fired by CBS.......then given a Peabody Award for her piece exposing the scandal of the Abu Ghraib tortures carried out by American Military personnel. The movie touches on how, if not for an interruption in her work because of the death of her mother earlier, what she found had been presented before the 2000 election, George Bush II may never have been elected.

We can only wonder how History would have played out if Gore (author of An Inconvenient truth) had been president instead. for one thing, 9/11 may have been thwarted? and we'd probably be closer to having a country that was a World Leader in Alternative Energy/Renewables, instead of trailing behind the rest of civilization so Big Oil can keep raking in the Big Bucks with measures as desperate as Fracking.

Think about that.
