Review of Trust the Man (2005) by Jenna B — 21 Aug 2007
I loved this, found it really funny and slightly off the wall, with the exception of 2 scenes there's no obvious slapstick comedy. Julianne Moore is brilliant and David Duchovny manages not to be completely wooden for once (he's still very pretty though).
Maggie Gyllenhall wins for performance and I defy any woman not to roar with laughter after the fantastic eviction of the weirdy beardy guy from the bedroom. One for the girls, and the more introspective boys.
