Quite interesting movie. I did not know about this part of Hollywood's history. I can see parallel's with current India and it was hard hitting in that aspect. The acting was crazy good. The scriptwriting had to be good so that was a given.
The direction was simple and the lighting made an impact. I just wished that maybe the story was crisper. There were moments when the pace was a bit uneven and the thoughts expressed were slightly more biased towards communism than they should be.
It did not provide an enough of a bipartisan view.
