A thought provoking drama about a writer blacklisted during the cold war because of his alignment with the American Communists, Trumbo delivers an emotional, engaging story. Bryan Cranston stands out as an incredibly versatile actor and is supported by the likes of Alan Tudyk, Dean O'Gorman, and John Goodman.
With terrific performances and a perfectly created atmosphere this movie immerses the viewer both into the 50's and the mind of a man on a mission to take on the world.
