Review of Trumbo (2015) by Urbanlistener — 12 Jul 2016

Interesting movie, a story I didn't know about and was fairly entertained by. Bryan Cranston is brilliant as Trumbo, the cast is stellar, the storytelling pretty good, the music and cinematography excellent, but the film drags a bit sometimes and becomes boring, and also it feels somehow clumsy and overly simplistic in its way of explaining all the pieces of the puzzles and making them move.

But overall it is worth a look for Cranston's performance and learning about this interesting true story.
