Review of Trumbo (2007) by Drew M — 25 Nov 2015
The main reason to see this film is the unforgettable performance of Bryan Cranston, who just captures the role of Dalton Trumbo so well. He completely steals the show and is the big lead in the film. The story is very fascinating and is filled with some intense and funny moments.
You will laugh out loud quite a bit. Helen Mirren is perfectly casted as the evil Hedda Hopper and the supporting performances of Diane Lane, John Goodman, Louis C.K., and the others are terrific as well.
I consider this to be an entertaining film with a few little flaws, but overall I find it entertaining. ''Breaking Bad'' star Bryan Cranston just might get nominated for an Oscar this year.
My grade=90%(A).
