Review of Trumbo (2007) by Steve W — 30 Nov 2015
The dialogue is great, with little funny moments throughout the film. Bryan Cranston spearheads with a solid performance, not amazing, and his cast mates also lend a solid hand. You've got everyone from Michael Stuhlbarg, Alan Tudyk, John Goodman, and a couple of fresh faces doing their best impressions of John Wayne and Kirk Douglas.
The movie is pretty interesting, and very enjoyable. I hear it does change a lot of what really happened to make it more dramatic, but it definitely sheds light on something that not everyone knows about.
