Review of Trumbo (2007) by Derek M — 30 Dec 2015
Bryan Cranston (in an Oscar-worthy performance) is at the height of his powers as he channels a perfectly drawn Dalton Trumbo, the leader of a blacklisted group of screenwriters who find a way to breakdown the system from the inside out.
An extremely engulfing biopic with an incredible cast (Mirren, Goodman, Lane, etc...) and all helmed without pander by Jay Roach (of The Fockers acclaim). Reviewed 12/30/15. Rated 4 out of 5.
