Fuck all that pretentious bullshit I said about how this would've been perfect if it had been directed by Tarantino. Tony Scott did a wonderful job, and rewatching it knowing what I was getting into made all the difference.

I loved all the characters, the heightened sense of reality, the story, the ending, all of it. A fantastic movie. I thought it was even better than Reservoir Dogs actually. Tarantino's not as in love with his dialogue in this one, and it feels a lot more polished and mature.
