Review of True Romance (1993) by Seth Y — 11 Oct 2014
Written by Quentin Tarantino and brilliantly directed by Tony Scott, True Romance is one hell of a ride. A fantastic 90s film that features several household names, it's a violent, but also fun viewing experience.
There are several memorable scenes throughout this movie and the dialogue is top notch. Fans of the trademark Quentin Tarantino style will be able to tell immediately who this screenplay was written by.
Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette have a great chemistry that translates perfectly on-screen. Not sure why it took me so long to see this film, but I'm glad I finally did.
