Review of True Lies (1994) by Jennifer L — 09 Aug 2009
Watched bits and pieces of this movie in the past, but finally ended up watching the whole thing, and was surprised to find a young Eliza Dushku (Buffy, Dollhouse) there. Good movie that is wayyyyy too long.
You think it is over and it is just beginning. My favorite parts involve the relationship between the Arnold and Jamie Lee Curtis, particularly when he is tricking her into doing ridiculous stuff. She is an idiot that she is bored with her husband that just so happens to be Arnold Schwarzenegger, regardless of the fact that she thinks he is a computer salesman.
Worth seeing if you have 2 and a half hours to spend on an older film. Bill Paxton is pretty humorous as a total dirtbag.
