I'm not quite sure what this film is meant to be - a poor man's Bond? (the series itself had lost it's way at this point) an action comedy? a rom-com? It doesn't really work as any of these.
And Arnie isn't really convincing in the role of secret agent unfortunatly. It's throwaway fun for a rainy day, but don't expect anything mindblowing or challenging.
