A perfect summary of the 90s... Arnold Schwarzenegger as the protagonist, Tom Arnold as the comedy relief, witty one-liners sprinkled throughout otherwise excessive action, whatever crashes explodes into flames, and of course bringing the audience back to the stereotypical suburban home between spy games.
If you need to see any of those things, this is your movie.
