Secret agent Harry Tasker becomes embroiled in terrorist plot to smuggle nuclear weapons into the US, and the fallout puts the lives of his family at risk. True Lies veers into absurdity on plenty of occasions, but in large part due to the fun performances of Schwarzenegger, Jamie-Lee Curtis and Bill Paxton it still makes for an entertaining enough action comedy.
