Review of True Legend (2010) by Amy T — 14 May 2011

The action was nearly the best I've ever seen. The fight choreography can be put up against the best in the history of the genre, but as is usually the case with this genre, the story simply wasn't as strong as it could have been. The ending sequence felt thrown together. I realize the adoption if the Drunken Style by Su was the whole point of the film, but the transformation was too far, essentially being completed in just a few scenes.

The cinematography, special effects and fighting were all excellent, however and this is a must see for anyone who is a fan of the genre.
