Tru Confessions is a movie that takes up subjects such as alienation and mental illness, family and life.
It was slightly hard to get into it and the movie tended to jump back and forth from being boring to being sweet and emotional. The storyline has a lot of feelings and emotions, but sometimes the movie didn't show them well enough.
The acting wasn't that great but the movie still managed to touch me in some scenes and managed to keep me entertained during most of it.
