Director's cut: longer, far more graphic, no better. Still a passable but bland wannabe epic where the characters are given post modern dialogue in a vain attempt to affect depth.
Theatrical cut: Derivative action and a Helen who couldn't launch a dinghy, let alone a thousand ships.
