Review of Troy (2004) by Mihai D — 28 Jul 2013
I am not quite sure how anyone could criticize Brad Pitt for his role in this. Whilst not always the biggest fan, he brought a tremendous amount of stage presence to the role and after having watched him cast as Achilles, I can't imagine anyone else have equaled or surpassed his performance.
Eric Bana and Orlando Bloom were also impressive performers. The beautiful Diane Kruger was justifiably cast as Helen of Sparta/Troy. I loved Gladiator and 300 and I would have to put this on the same pedestal.
