Review of Trouble with the Curve (2012) by Myke D — 25 Oct 2014
A slightly stereotypical performance by Clint in irascible 'gruff' mode. However even though he doesn't want to change, his estranged daughter comes to his rescue, and he eventually learns to accept her as both a daughter and a skilled scout in her own right.
Justin is really only there for the love interest role, which he performs reasonably enough in a brash fashion. Overall still a great film for a wintery afternoon which will cheer you up. Great cameos too from Robert Patrick & John Goodman.
