Long, boring, and wrought with cliches. This movie is your standard Hollywood cheesefest, complete with the old guy who needs to prove he can stay in the game, the troubled relationship with the daughter, the daughter's struggle to keep her newly-acquired high-profile job whilst falling in love with the local boy, and the expected "you're fired" come-uppance for the jerk you're supposed to root against.

Thank goodness Eastwood gives the movie a little grumpy life.
