This is more of a home movie than a documentary, but I liked that. Lesson to all: if you use your money to buy drugs and produce a CD instead of purchasing/renting a car, you could find yourself in trouble come hurricane season.

But really, LA should have had some plan in place to help evacuate those residents without means of transportation, in the hospitals, and in the penitentiaries -- that's just wisdom. As for the National Guard encouraging victims to go to the obstinate Naval Base -- where's the communication between our military branches and true homeland security?
