Even though there are so many A-listers, starting Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., Matthew McConaughey, and Nick Nolte, the real star of the movie is Tom Cruise. His Les Grossman is the most outrageous role in his career and he nails it.
Tropic Thunder, a part comedy and a part satire, cracks you up until your guts hurt. It's a blast.
