Review of Tropic Thunder (2008) by Migz P — 02 Sep 2012
Funny premise which is great for an entertaining trailer, and a movie that drags on an hour and a half too long. Even by the poster you kinda get he gist of the movie. Sadly this is not all it has going against it... mixing comedy and action is difficult to pull off, 48hrs did it and the first two Beverly Hills Cop movies...Sadly Tropic Thunder does not. This movie gets an "A" for effort because you definitely see it but a "C-" for results.
P.S Did anyone really think the Tom Cruise cameo was funny?
