Review of TRON: Legacy (2010) by David T — 05 Apr 2013
The original "Tron" was interesting in its day. But it wasn't a great film. "Legacy" does no better, in fact worse. It's boring. It's plodding. Jeff Bridges is creepy in his computer generated facelift as Clu (Kevin Flynn from 1982).
Despite "Legacy"'s adherence to "Tron," it seems lifeless compared to the "Matrix" franchise. The parallel worlds of virtual reality and reality have been done to death.
